Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025
These are the terms that apply to Cloud Bunny. We've written them plainly so there are no surprises. By playing the game you agree to everything below.
Playing the Game
Cloud Bunny is free to play for personal enjoyment. No account is needed, no payment is required, and there is no time limit on how long you can enjoy it. We're glad you're here.
What You May Do
You are welcome to play Cloud Bunny for your own entertainment, share the link with friends and family, and reference the game in non-commercial creative content such as blog posts, fan art, or videos — provided it's clear the game is not your own creation.
What You May Not Do
- Copy, repackage, or redistribute the game's code or visual assets without our written permission
- Use bots, macros, or scripted input to generate scores or exploit the game
- Use Cloud Bunny in a commercial product or service without a separate written agreement
- Strip or obscure attribution when embedding or referencing the game
- Do anything with the game that would violate the laws of your country
Ownership of the Game
Cloud Bunny and everything in it — the bunny character, cloud designs, enemy artwork, animations, audio, and code — belong to their creators. Playing the game doesn't transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. Consider it a long, cheerful loan.
Availability
We aim to keep Cloud Bunny accessible, but we make no binding commitment about uptime or availability. The game may be updated, taken offline for maintenance, or changed in any way at any time.
Liability
Cloud Bunny is provided in good faith and free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — tangible or intangible — arising from your use of or inability to use the game, including the loss of a new personal best to a runaway thunder cloud.
Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. If you continue playing after an update, that counts as your acceptance of the revised terms.
